Trencadis Internship Programme is now available for informatics students in Oradea as well! Our partners in this project are: The Science Faculty and The Electrical Engineering and Information Technology Faculty from Oradea University.

Four talented students will have the chance to study and develop their programming skills in ASP.NET, C#, SQL SERVER, CSS, JQUERY, HTML, together with our colleagues in Oradea.

The students who will take part in our Internship will:

• learn programming techniques adapted to the practical requirements in the field
• experience the working environment in a company and start adapting to it
• have the chance to start their IT career during college, after finishing the internship programme​

What's the programme about?

For the next two weeks we are looking for IT students or freshly graduates from Oradea, willing to learn, to upskill and make a career in IT. The most motivated students will be called in for an interview, where we will test their intelligence, knowledge, and personality.

The four selected students will spend the next three months studying, training for the next professional challenges, and having fun with our Trencadis team in Oradea. Specifically, the students will:

• have online english courses in ASP.NET, C#, SQL SERVER, CSS, JQUERY, HTML
• be advised, guided, and tested by their mentors
• prepare a personal project for the programme graduation
• participate in fun activities with Trencadis Team Oradea

For an objective evaluation of their performance, the students will be continuously tested throughout the programme and at the end of each course module, and also they will receive an evaluation as follows:

• from their mentor
• from the development department manager
• an evaluation of the final project

At the end of the internship we award the most talented and motivated student with a job in Trencadis team Oradea! Even if there can only be one winner, all the participants in the programme will remain in our attention for future job openings.
